Slacker McSlackowicz

So last week was not my best week. I got stressed out, buckled under the pressure. Drank, ate bad and when I mean bad, I mean horrible. BUT I still managed to NOT gain weight. I did not lose anything, but I didn't gain. SO not as terrible.

But this week people, IT IS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don't even understand what I mean! Stay tuned!


  1. Many so called "best building muscle" are working on the abs muscles that are under the belly fat. Most lower abdominal exercises only burn few calories and these calories do not just come from the fat in your abdominals. Your body will burn fats equally from other part of the body, not just stomach fat.

  2. Way to go!!!! Doing waaaay better than me! I officially RE-started my diet yesterday. Ughh! Now I need to get the dang workout going. haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks! Really hard with little boys and work!
    Anyway, good for you! Can't wait to see you (sometime soon hopefully)!
