Well, as of today I am down 9.6 lbs. from 12 days ago!!! That is pretty aggressive! However, the first week is always the easiest cause your body is in shock. lol Next week will not be so easy, but I also think I have built up my stamina to work harder.

Aside from the actual pounds lost (which is great), there is something else I am happy about. People who have never been over weight would not understand, and probably take little things for granted. Oh like say crossing your legs... yeah exactly. No big deal right? Well for me it has been. I haven't really been able to cross my legs and be comfortable, and today I noticed that I had my legs crossed comfortably without having to consciously flex my muscles to keep my legs crossed! Which leads me to believe I have lost an inch or two in my thighs! YAY!

Anyway, I am happy with the progress!!

So yesterday I had a terrible migraine and did not get to work out. But Monday, man I busted my ass! I have been doing great eating too! This morning my manager brought kolaches and donuts, did not give in! Actually I wasn't even tempted. Nor was I tempted Monday when we had cake! This is a monumental break through for me!!! I'm not a big sweets person anyway, but I just got to a point where I was eating food because it was in front of me... for no good reason. Mindless eating!

Well no more Mindless eating for me! Yessssss!

Oh it's ON! Just made a friendly wager with a friend. 70 days! We will take before and after pics, a group of our friends will judge the pics on March 29th!

The loser has to buy the winner dinner at one of those Brazilian steak places!

Why not end a weight loss challenge with all you can eat meat? lol

So I have been doing really good. I know, just call me a Yo-yo. I am really working on making a lifestyle change with my eating habits. I know that is my biggest problem! But man, I have pretty much eaten bad my entire life, I just used to eat less of it and I moved more. I have been hitting the gym, I have been eating clean. I am down 4 lbs from the past couple of weeks.... I will post updated measurements and such in a week or so... but I am on it!
